Here's what you would need.

Step 1: Inflate the balloon and either twist or pin the open side of it so that the air doesn't leak out.

Step 2: Draw a line at one of the side of balloon and write the letter 'F' above it.

Step 3: Let's do the same thing for the other side of balloon and write the letter 'B' above the line.

Step 4: Stick a straw at the 'F' side of the balloon using the duct tape.

Step 5: Stick a bamboo stick at the 'B' side of the balloon using the duct tape.
